SENIOR RESIDENT (Pathology) S.G.P.G.I Lucknow    Adhoc from 26th March to 15th July 1997 Permanent from 6th January 1998 to Sept.2000    Routine laboratory Worked in Hematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Cytology-Exfoliative, aspiration and Brush, Surgical Pathology with special reference to Renal, Gastric, Neuro, Uro, Endocrine and specializedwork like Immunofluorescence study, Immunohistochemistry.   4. CONSULTANT PATHOLOGIST    Histopathology and Cytology Laboratory ( private laboratory in Ahmedabad ) June, 2001 to August, 2004. Helped in setting Immunohistochemistry for the first time in private set up in Ahmedabad.

CONSULTANT PATHOLOGIST    Supratech Micropath Laboratory ( leading private laboratory in Ahmedabad ) September 2004 to August 2009.    1)Helped in set up of Histopathology Department  2)First time started Immunofluorescence study in private set up in Ahmedabad 3) Worked as Head of Histopathology Department and performed Histopathology, Cytology,(conventional and LBC) Immunohistochemistry as well as Immunofluorescence study and Frozen section. 4) Also worked for NABL and CAP Accreditation and received the accreditation successfully in the first attempt without any NC. 5) Seen approximately 40 Renal biopsies per month from 1999. This included Renal Transplant biopsy also. 6) Developed a technique of reporting Transplant biopsy within 4 hrs.
  6.  Consultant and Head of Histopathology department     October, 2009 till  31st of September, 2011    Apollo-Bramwell Hospitals, Mauritius    Help establishing the department of histopathology in the hospital and doing following –Histopathology, Cytology, Frozen section, Immunofluorescence study and Immunohistochemistry study Also worked for ISO 15189,2007 as well as JCI accreditation.
  7. Training taken for ISO 15189,2007 in NABL    25-28th feb, 2013    At Jaipur IIM centre by Mr. B singh    Training for internal audit of ISO 15189, 2007.
